A resident of St. Pete Beach, Fl., and the Dallas, Tx., areas, entrepreneur Joe Chad Ellard maintains a long history of success in the real estate industry. He currently oversees two real estate agencies and five working Texas, Mississippi and Kansas ranches. Outside of his responsibilities managing these business ventures, Joe Chad Ellard donates a significant amount of his time and resources to nonprofit initiatives. As a philanthropist, he passionately supports animal welfare nonprofits, youth education organizations, and military and veterans’ groups.
Traveling nearly every week to manage and maintain his businesses and properties in the Dallas, Tx., region and St. Pete Beach, Fl., Joe Chad Ellard employs several teams of highly competent and experienced professionals who assist him in growing and caring for his enterprises. Among his companies, he owns and directs Addison, Texas-based Spicy Gumbo Property Group LLC, a real estate firm responsible for rental property in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter neighborhood. In addition, he runs the property acquisition and development business Cotton Plantation Land Group LLC.
Mr. Ellard also continues his family’s long history of ranching as a member of the Board of Directors for EE Ranches Inc. Located just outside of Dallas, Tx., EE Ranches operates thousands of acres of ranch and farm lands, as well as a leading regional equestrian center and horse-breeding program. Since joining EE Ranches’ directorial board, Joe Chad Ellard has streamlined the business’s operations and led development of a lakeside pavilion used for charitable events, such as fishing tournaments organized for the benefit of Wounded Warrior Project.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Lynx Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching children about the American Revolution and the War of 1812 through hands-on nautical education and other programs. During his free time, Mr. Ellard enjoys sailing and fishing near his home in St. Pete Beach, Fl.
